Murphy was the leader of a four-man SEAL
reconnaissance unit that secretly i
nfiltrated into the Hindu-Kush
mountains on June 27, 2005.
Ambushed on the 28th by
overwhelming Taliban forces,
Murphy valiantly climbed into
the open onto high ground
to make an electronic call for rescue.
Wounded, he fought on,
allowing one member of his squad to escape,
before he himself was killed.
Murphy’s remains were found during a
combat search and rescue operation, July 4, 2005.

*Pick a medball weight that you can do 50
MB Cleans unbroken on the first round. This
doesn’t mean it’s gonna be easy. You’ll feel the BURN
but, don’t choose a ball that you could only do 20-30
unbroken and have to stop.
*The run shouldn’t be over 1:45. Scale to 300m
or 200m run to finish first round in under 1:45.
