Wes is a veteran athlete who’s participated in the CrossFit Games as well as the NorCal and SoCal Regionals. When he began CrossFit in 2009, admittedly, it wasn’t an easy feat. "The first workout I did while on deployment overseas was 'Filthy Fifty.' I couldn’t even get through the double-unders! I threw my jump rope across the room in frustration and fell in love all at the same time. I did that workout every day for two weeks until I was able to finish it."
Wes is a prime example of what you can accomplish if you don’t give up. Today, he holds certificates in CrossFit Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, as well as being apart of the CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff. As a coach, he uses his own training experiences to inspire his members. So, listen, learn, and watch what happens.
