*Pick a medball weight that you can do 50
MB Cleans unbroken on the first round. This
doesn’t mean it’s gonna be easy. You’ll feel the BURN
but, don’t choose a ball that you could only do 20-30
unbroken and have to stop.
*The run shouldn’t be over 1:45. Scale to 300m
or 200m run to finish first round in under 1:45.
