  • Wes Piatt

    Owner, CrossFit Coach

    Wes is a veteran athlete who’s participated in the CrossFit Games as well as the NorCal and SoCal Regionals. When he began CrossFit in 2009, admittedly, it wasn’t an easy feat. “The first workout I did while on deployment overseas was ‘Filthy Fifty.’ I couldn’t even get through the double-unders! I threw my jump rope across the room in frustration and fell in love all at the same time. I did that workout every day for two weeks until I was able to finish it.”

    Wes is a prime example of what you can accomplish if you don’t give up. Today, he holds certificates in CrossFit Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, as well as being apart of the CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff. As a coach, he uses his own training experiences to inspire his members. So, listen, learn, and watch what happens.

  • Megan Piatt

    Owner, CrossFit Coach, CrossFit Kids Coach

    Megan’s done a little bit of everything. Her fitness background varies from gymnastics and dance to diving, field hockey, and softball. Throughout high school and college, she coached gymnastics and really enjoyed working with other athletes. At Coast Range, she trains both children and adults, but CrossFit Kids is her program of choice. There’s nothing better than helping young athletes develop healthy habits that will stand the test of time.

  • Brittany Malone

    CrossFit Coach, Sports Nutritionist

    For four years, Brittany was a competitive gymnast at Seattle Pacific University. After perfecting her backhand spring, Brittany’s interests moved to CrossFit and sports nutrition, both of which led her to join the Coast Range family. As a coach, she wants to push athletes’ physical and mental limitations. She believes growth should occur in every area of life, not just one.

  • Adelina Pelino

    CrossFit Kids Coach

    Adelina’s impressive resume includes seven years of figure skating, plus two years of gymnastics and water polo, respectively. When she began interning at Coast Range, she fell in love with coaching and learning about the human body. Adelina also enjoys working with children as part of our CrossFit Kids program. Her bubbly personality, positive attitude, and infinite Harry Potter knowledge make her a favorite among the youth.

  • Reed Van Diemen

    CrossFit Coach

    Reed is a former collegiate baseball player who’s now an active member of the CrossFit community. He joined Coast Range at the insistence of a friend and it was the best decision he ever made. Reed loved the improvements he saw in himself and became hooked on the training style. He knows that with CrossFit, the possibilities are endless. That’s why he works so hard to ensure our members get the results they want and deserve.

  • Michaela Hudson

    CrossFit Kids Coach

    With a decade of soccer plus four years of Varsity polo and swimming under her belt, Michaela is a fitness force. Her athletic background allows her to excel at any sport, including CrossFit. That’s why after her first workout, she became obsessed with training and wanted to try her hand at coaching.

    “I love sharing my knowledge and experience with other people. Coaching pushes you to create a bond with others that you can’t get anywhere else.  Every day, I help improve bodies and change minds, one workout at a time.”
